Five years after the release of Cip!, his last platinum-certified album, Dario Brunori, aka Brunori Sas, one of the deepest and most appreciated artists on the Italian singer-songwriter scene, is back on the scene in grand style.
Brunori has taken his time to write and produce his new work with great care, to identify urgent themes in his narrative and to rediscover the pleasure of creation: ‘L’albero delle noci’ is rooted in an intimate and reflective dimension, the result of a process that has brought the singer-songwriter back to the original motive of his music-making, that is, to untie inner knots by constructing songs that know how to mix glimpses of personal life and stories of universal value.
The summer tour – produced by Vivo Concerti – will see him play 12 dates at the most important music festivals in Italy: Brunori Sas’s summer tour will kick off on Saturday 28 June 2025 (starting at 21:00) from Villa Manin in Codroipo (UD)
‘L’ALBERO DELLE NOCI – TOUR ESTATE’ will be the perfect opportunity to listen live and under the stars, along with the classics that have marked Dario Brunori’s more than 15-year career (La verità, Capita così, Al di là dell’amore, Per due che come noi and many others), the tracks contained in his new recording project L’albero delle noci (The Tree of Nuts), which will see an unprecedented direction in Brunori’s musical journey thanks to the new artistic partnership with Riccardo Sinigallia, who produced the entire album alongside Dario.
Starting with La vita com’è, the track that graced the soundtrack of the film Il più bel secolo della mia vita (2023), and the singles La ghigliottina and Il morso di Tyson published in recent months, Brunori’s collaboration with Sinigallia has enriched the new studio work with new life, always moving into a musical space of research and innovation, where one does not necessarily stop at the first intuition to rediscover the value of the journey that lies between that intuition and publication. The result is all in the new tracks, which combine authentic and incisive writing with carefully crafted musical work, ready to sketch unprecedented emotional nuances of a singer-songwriter who never stops looking beyond.
The title of the album, as well as of the title track competing at Sanremo 2025, sprouts from the image of a walnut tree emblematic in Dario Brunori’s life, a privileged point of observation and inspiration to celebrate the joy and revolution that a new life brings, suggesting how every birth is at the same time a rebirth.
